Every year, Wistia releases its State of Video summation, consisting of partner insights, data, and analysis from the preceding year of video output across marketing teams in various industries. Each year, we approach the project a little differently. In 2023, we made a microsite that housed the entire report and included a PDF download and a scripted video version. In 2024, we shifted the report to our blog and used Wistia Live to replace our scripted video, giving people a more organic and interactive way of experiencing the information. I’ve had different roles in each variation of our State of Video project, including art direction, design, and storyboarding.
