Wistia DEIB Report

Wistia’s committment to DEIB in the workplace was always a high priority and after revisting their intiatives in 2025, I was tasked with compiling this information into something both beautiful and clearly communicated. I worked with the People team closely to ensure while we were highlighting all of our wins, we were also holding ourselves accountable for any failures. In the end, we created a new DEIB landing page and a robust PDF where folks could learn more.
